Original 1227 Giant LED wall lamp for outdoor use The Original 1227 Giant LED wall lamp is an unusual light source for outdoor use and is versatile in its use there - e.g. on the façade in the terrace area or on the balcony. With the IP code IP65 (dust-tight, jet water-protected), it is wonderfully armed against poor weather conditions. Equipped with a variably adjustable arm with the Anglepoise® constant tension spring mechanism, which gives the light designed in 2016 the functionality of the work light developed by the designer George Carwardine in the 1930s, it is suitable for a variety of lighting tasks outdoors. Original 1227 Giant is simply screwed onto the wall. When it is not in use, it can be folded against the wall to save space. George Carwardine (1887-1948), whose real occupation was in the automotive industry, where he developed shock absorbers as an engineer, created Anglepoise® as a work light whose spring system is based on the muscles of the human arm. This gives the arm of the light an incredible flexibility. The materials from which Original 1227 Giant is made - stainless steel, aluminium and a cable coated with silicone - also predestine the light for outdoor use. Comes with an LED bulb (E27).
