Ceramic and Glass Candle Holder
Standing at 24cm tall, this large 'hurricane lantern' style candle holder will look elegant in any setting, use as a beautiful table centerpiece, place on shelves or furniture, or take it outside with you on balmy summer evenings. The purpose of hurricane lamps is to protect your candles from breezes that would normally extinguish real flames, but they're also aesthetically elegant and beautiful.

Use with Led or Real Pillar candles with up to 7cm Diameter with rigid Led Candles, or 7.5cm diameter real wax candles.
Glass can be removed and base used with candles up to 8cm diameter
Not classed as 'weatherproof', but perfect for sheltered outdoor areas, to protect the flame from the wind.
The lantern would hold a 19cm tall candle, however for the best look it is better to use a pillar candle that is no taller than 16cm, these candle holders can also be filled with decorative items such as sand, seashells, glass pebbles, or greenery such as holly or small pinecones at Christmas, or perhaps pretty flowers for a wedding table centerpiece. You don't need to be restricted by the 7cm diameter of the candle holding part of the lantern, if using sand you could use a larger diameter candle using the sand to hold it in place. The narrowest diameter at the top of the glass is 11.5cm, so candles up to 10cm diameter would look great.
The base part of the candle holder is made from ceramic but has an antiqued rustic finish similar to stone or concrete, and contains natural hairline cracks and blemishes, adding to the charm.
