It's fitted with a float switch for automatic water level control, has a low consumption electric motor with overload protection and an anti airlock valve.This compact unit is ideal for use as a water butt pump in hosepipe ban areas allowing you to use collected water for irrigation, car washing etc. The float switch will turn the pump off when the water reaches a predetermined level to avoid damage to the pump.
