The functional designer wall light with the arc: Coupé by Joe Colombo The Coupé model by Italian designer Joe Colombo is a real classic. It dates back to 1967 and has won many awards since then. The wall light can still be seen in the New York Museum of Modern Art and in the “Neue Sammlung” museum in Munich. This shows that it oozes real charm despite its simplicity and classic shape. Coupé is, in actual fact, not that simple when you take a closer look. The wall light features a chrome-plated arc frame with an extraordinary shape. It makes the light suitable for special purposes, such as placing it next to the sofa as a reading light, or next to the bed instead of a bedside table lamp. It is also functional thanks to its flexibility. The height of the lamp can be adjusted at the wall bracket and at the lamp head.
