Exclusive Curling designer hanging light with dimmable COB LEDs The Curling LED hanging light represents a totally successful combination of innovative technology, stylish design and select materials. Designed by the two heads of Serien Lighting, Jean-Marc da Costa and Manfred Wolf, Curling is one of the flagship products of this German design company. The hanging light represents the style of contemporary lighting design thanks to its purist yet elegant look. A cylindrical acrylic body serves to cover the central light source, and this combines with an outer pure glass lampshade to create a light source that will fill any room with both scattered and direct light. The translucent reflector serves to distribute the light evenly in all directions, whilst the circular light outlet on the bottom of the lampshade also fulfils the requirement for direct downward lighting for the surface below. A specially cut, optical inset ensures that even the direct lighting is glare-free. A suspension system comprising three thing steel ropes combines the polished aluminium canopy with the glass lampshade and completes the elegant, minimalist look of Curling. The suspension system can be adjusted without any tools after installation to adjust the height of the light. Curling offers great versatility in terms of where it can be placed thanks to the length of the suspension cables.
