We Deliver to anywhere in mainland UK. Carriers will only deliver if someone is at the property to sign for it. If no one is in, re delivery is attempted once the following business day. If no one is in again then the parcel is returned to the depot. If the parcel is not collected from the depot and we receive no correspondence then the order is returned to us, in which case further charges are applicable before an order is re-dispatched. If re delivery is not arranged and paid for, the order is refunded less total carriage and return charges. These costs are in excess of our standard subsidised Delivery Charge.
Whilst we state 3 to 5 days for delivery. Over 90% of our orders are dispatched the same day for a next day delivery. If you are urgent for a product, just give us a call and we will ensure your order is sent on a priority delivery.
