Contemporary table lamp 2280 with a special look The focus of the table lamp 2280 is neither the structure consisting of the stand and the lampshade, nor the shape of the light itself with its particularly open design. The first thing that attracts attention is the effect of the two-part lampshade. The top panel is made of metal which has been frosted either in black or silver. It is possible to choose between these two versions. In the former, the stand is brass-coloured; in the latter, it is in a timelessly elegant silver. The sober design is also demonstrated by the compact height of 43 cm and the diameter of 38 cm. An extremely wide lampshade provides a bright, intense light throughout the room. Four 40 watt E14 socket light bulbs are used. As the designer, Archivio Storico brought together the sober elegance of glass and metal, which is amplified by the contrast of a strong light output.
