Elna - pendant light made in Germany with dimmable LEDs The two-level look, consisting of a wooden and an aluminium beam, is the hallmark of the Elna LED pendant light. The unusual combination of two contrasting materials proves that wood and metal, despite their many differences in appearance and texture, can form a stylish symbiosis. The aluminium tube in matt nickel look forms the lower part of the body and houses a high-quality LED strip light, which is embedded in the metal body. Uniform and glare-free, the warm white light shines outwards to provide best possible illumination of the dining table, where Elna is perfectly at home. In order to give the LED pendant light its unmistakable character, a beam made of solid oak wood was applied to the aluminium tube. The wood is made by hand and looks great with its wooden oak grain. Due to its combination of materials, Elna does not commit to a certain style. It suits both modern and rustic settings alike. Of course, such an innovative designed light source must not lack the corresponding technical advantages. In order to meet as many different requirements as possible, Elna is equipped both with a mechanism for height adjustment and with dimmable LEDs. The height can be adjusted with two touches of the hand. Using the metal cylinders attached to the steel cables, the body can be pushed up or down. For dimming, a leading or trailing edge dimmer is needed, which is connected to the light via the installed house wiring. This allows Elna to seamlessly adjust the light conditions in the living space. The outstanding CRI (colour rendering index) of the LEDs, which reaches a value of over 90, completes the list of technical advantages of this pendant light.
