A delicate touch of a flower – the Calle designer light made of crystal glass The lights from the Calle range provide subtle yet exceptionally stylish lighting. In designing this hanging light, Luca Martorano and Mattia Albicini have found inspiration in the delicate shape of the calla lily. The result is a work of lighting art made of 24-percent lead crystal glass, which provides elegant general lighting for living rooms and dining rooms. The lighting manufacturer Terzani was founded by Italian glass designer Sergio Terzani back in 1972. Sergio Terzani befriended the French designer Jean-François Crochet in the mid-1980s and numerous light sculptures and accessories for the homes have been created as a result of this friendship. Terzani’s passion for glass art and Jean-François Crochet’s flair for extravagant shapes can be seen in each of the individual lights. As a result, Terzani lights are far more than just light sources. They are works of art that are created through excellent craftsmanship combined with a wealth of ideas and a love for detail.
