Floyd hanging light width 43 cm

Brand: Domus from Lights.co.uk
Floyd pendant lamp - play of geometry and perspective The material processed into Lunopal from numerous layers of paper lets the light shine through weakly and Floyd becomes a uniformly luminous body. Depending on the viewing angle, Floyd seems to take on a different form. The geometric body of the oloid was first defined by Paul Schatz in 1929 and finally implemented in Floyd by Felix Hediger as a pendant lamp. The shape is based on two intersecting circles; the straight connections between the circle edges create ruled surfaces that form the surface of the oloid. In Floyd, the circles are made of cords, while lunopal stretched between them forms the ruled surfaces. Energy efficiency class:A++
