Forestier Carpa M hanging light black 60 cm
Black pendant lamp Carpa with special lighting effect The elegant pendant lamp Carpa appears simple and yet has an exciting design. Its flat, semicircular shade is open at the bottom, but the light can also escape in all other directions. This is made possible by the delicate mesh that forms the shade. A base frame made of metal provides the necessary support for the fine cotton threads, which give the shade a special, individual pattern and make it appear like a wickerwork in the overall look. The black canopy and the black textile suspension harmoniously complement the appearance of Carpa and make it a solid lighting object that integrates into numerous interior styles. Mounted below the shade at some distance from the bulb (not included) is a discreet bowl with a diffuser in the middle, held by graceful struts and facing upwards. The light shines directly onto the bowl and is partially reflected upwards, so it passes through the interstices of the mesh and creates a very special light image in the room. The lamp was designed by Jette Scheib, a designer who studied industrial design at the University of the Arts (Berlin) and later settled in Barcelona. She develops products for international companies specialized in home accessories and lighting and says that the most beautiful piece of furniture will never be comfortable without the right lighting. The founder of the French lighting company, Bernard Forestier, has made it the designers' mission to create objects with a strong identity that combine passion, freedom and discovery into one. These are the values of Forestier, which should be reflected in each lighting and create a balance between design and craftsmanship. Energy efficiency class:A++
