Hanami - an LED pendant light with a delicate design The traditional Japanese ceremony Hanami is a festival celebrated every spring in honour of the flowering of the cherry trees and most likely served as designer Adriano Rachele's inspiration for the pendant light of the same name. When literally translated, Hanami means "watching flowers". The beauty and poetry that this light embodies is combined with modern LED technology, which makes the 50 delicate, almost star-shaped flowers of clear Lentiflex® shine. The flowers were pleated by hand and are distributed on the tendrils of the floral structure. Lentiflex® is an unbreakable material that looks almost as precious as diamonds and helps to create a flowery bouquet with delicate and varied colours. The floral structure hangs on a filigree suspension and the red light cable provides a striking contrast.
