Cosy and effective - the Kushi ceiling light The two Italian designers Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella are responsible for the concept of the Kushi LED ceiling light, and they have achieved their vision for a light that provides comfort and a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the private sector. First and foremost, this is achieved through the organic shape, but the clear and calming design also produces a corresponding ambience. This relaxed sense of calm is complemented by the special lighting effect that emerges thanks to the particular workmanship of the lampshade. It is made of etched opal glass that lies in two layers placed on top of each other. The diffuser inside enables such a warm light to be created. The glass itself is hand-crafted and hand-blown, meaning that every model is an individual piece. The wonderful spherical shape of the light is visually captivating, and from a technical point of view, the warm white LEDs should be pointed out - they shine with a luminous intensity of 2,700 kelvins - this corresponds with the classic luminous colour of a traditional light bulb.
