A gateway is needed for this and is not included. The smart LED bulb can be conveniently controlled via the corresponding app or directly via the SMART+ Switch or SMART+ Switch Mini. The on/off function, colour settings and brightness can be set and programmed. Seamless dimming is also possible without any problems.
