You are viewing a Merrytek dimmable daylight lighting control switch, which is suitable for use with warehouse high bay and low bay lighting. This unique lighting control switch has multiple functions and settings to suit various types of applications. It can be used with automatic dimming LED drivers often used on modern LED High Bays and allows multiple stage dimming. It also uses microwave sensors for motion detection function and can be detected through the plastic glass and thin non-metallic materials. It covers up to 16m when mounted at a maximum height of 15m. Actual coverage depends on the installation by the individual. For example, if the lighting is adequate in the warehouse the switch will not activate the lighting, but once light levels drop the system acknowledges this and turns on the lighting. Should the microwave sensor not detect motion over a set period of time, the system will dim the lights down from 50% to as low as 10%. This drastically saves money of electricity costs and also improves the longevity of the lamps or fitting. The wiring junction box is IP66 rated and the sensor comes with custom mounting plate for high bay applications. May require slight modification on other brands of fittings. Please note: One sensor per fitting is required.
