Should you wish to control the light without connecting it to a smart home system, then this is possible with the wireless dimmer switch provided. It can be installed over the light switch or simply placed on a table. Four lighting modes have been pre-programmed (relaxing, reading, concentration and energy) and, when connected to the Hue system, you can also create your own individual lighting scenarios.
