The LEDs produce a light spectrum which corresponds to the sunlight captured by the plants so that in just one month you can grow enough basil to make pesto. To achieve the best possible success in plant and herb cultivation, Chlorophyll should be regularly switched on and off to imitate the day and night cycle of the plants. It's best to use a timer for this. Even though the light emits a cold light and there is no danger of the leaves burning or drying, a distance of at least 7 cm between the light and leaves should be maintained. The LED plant light Chlorophyll is particularly suitable for use with flowers, succulent plants and herbs, e.g. orchids, hyacinths, aloe vera, mint, marjoram, oregano etc. Chlorophyll can be placed directly into the flower pot with the help of the ground spike provided or hung from its cable and used as hanging light.
