The connection to the canopy, also made of polished aluminum, is provided by three stainless steel cables. Inside the clear acrylic shade is a reflector made of opal polycarbonate in the shape of a cylinder, and below it is another diffuser.The integrated LED module emits warm white light with very good color rendering. As its name suggests, the Curling series was created by designers Jean-Marc da Costa and Manfred Wolf as a tribute to the winter sport of the same name.
