Flora pendant light - a designer piece inspired by nature The shade of the Flora pendant lamp looks like a large flower. It consists of countless individual elements made of a plastic specially developed by Slamp with a shiny metallic surface on one side, which are arranged around the opal white diffuser so that a spherical structure is created. The luminaire is already a beautiful eye-catcher in the room when switched off, but when the light is switched on, a unique light image is created with a fascinating effect characterized by reflections and the play of light and shadow. The inspiration for the design of the Flora lamp series came from the designer Zanini de Zanine in the plant world. Slamp - these are visionary designer lamps, made in Italy. The company Slamp was founded in 1992 by Roberto Ziliani. Lamps from Slamp meet the highest standards of materials, workmanship and quality and provide unique lighting effects in the room. The lighting manufacturer Slamp places particular emphasis on the development of new materials. In addition to natural and traditional materials such as leather, copper, crystal or stainless steel, Slamp lamps are mainly made of the plastics Cristalflex®, Opalflex® or Lentiflex®, Steelflex® or Copperflex®, which were specially developed and patented by the company. All these materials can be used to create unique lighting effects. Lentiflex®, for example, acts like water, changing colour depending on the angle of view.
