La Belle Étoile ceiling light - design by Adriano Rachele La Belle Étoile, "the beautiful star" - that is the name that the designer Adriano Rachele gave to his light. The light’s transparent white lampshade exudes grace and lightness and is reminiscent of the graceful movements of dancers with its curved plastic elements. These were Rachele’s inspiration when he designed La Belle Étoile. The design of the lampshade was made possible by the Cristalflex® material that was specially developed and patented by Slamp. The synthetic material is characterised by its flexibility and the positive influence of the lighting effect. The flexibility in the workmanship of the material allows the lighting designers a lot of freedom in the creation process.
